Prices

These rates for accommodation include house cleaning when you leave (with the exception of dishes and the kitchen), as well as the supply of linen (sheets, duvet covers, towels and tablecloths…)

Terms of Use :

• Non-smoking house / Outdoor spaces equipped for smokers
• Pets accepted under certain conditions (Ask us beforehand)
• Check-in desired from 4 p.m. We appreciate knowing your arrival time
• Check-out in the morning after your last night, until 10 a.m. (To be confirmed with us depending on the stay)

All reservations are final after:

1. Your confirmation by email (informing your Name and Mobile or Landline Telephone numbers
2. On receipt of deposit (30% of the cost of your stay): Payment by credit cards or bank transfer
3. Your acceptance of terms of use and contract

In the case of cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be retained
In case of interruption of stay before the departure date, the full cost of the stay will be due.

Access to private facilities of La Plantade :

You can have access to your private pool; the  accessibility is continuous, and we thank you for respecting the privacy of the other guests of La Plantade, keeping bathing and eating noisily to a minimum, especially during the nap time (from 2 pm to 4 pm), and at night after 11 p.m.
Doing that booking you accept to ask to all members of your group to respect that self-discipline.
Please, don't let any children alone, and check regulary the security door  of the swimming pool.
In any event, note that the pool  of the serlf catering is not open for public swimming; is not monitored; and its access, as well as all facilities is at your own risk
We expect you to use equipments carefully and sparingly, to notify us of any possible damage and leaving equipment cleaned and well set after use : Kitchen and dishes, garden furniture, barbecue utensils...

Miscellaneous Information:

• La Plantade is an old house : please close each door after you in order to keep warm in winter … and cool in summer
• For the safety of all, please close sunshades, pool doors… after use
• When leaving your room or common rooms, please turn off electrical equipment
• Think recyclables self collection
• It's forbiden to go on the roof top and conservatory

If La Plantade had to cancel your booking, your deposit will be given back to you.
In any case, if the cancelation is because independent events from Mas de La Plantade stopping the accommodation activity, these conditions no longer apply. For example, and with a non-exhaustive list: Climatic phenomena, interruptions of energy fluids, total or partial destruction of buildings, epidemic, revolution, etc.).
Then, these cancellations will be managed on a case by case basis, and according to the collateral consequences. The deposit can be kept; the deposit can be refunded. However, this deposit can be attributed to another stay.
